Fact

Heart disease can cause breathlessness if the heart is unable to pump enough blood to supply oxygen to the body. If the brain, muscles, or other body organs do not receive enough oxygen, a sense of breathlessness will occur.

How Clean is the Air you Breathe ?

Do you realize that everyday particles from places like industrial areas, busy highways, and farms are released into the atmosphere and carried into the air we breathe. It is estimated that every day on our planet more than 80,000 tons of particles are released into our atmosphere. Many of these particles in the air contribute to the air pollutants we breathe on  daily basis and they can be potentially harmful to us and cause a lack of oxygen. When the body has a intake of air pollution it decreases our cellular oxygen intake and when that happens it increases our chances on potential diseases and health problems. Want to know what it sounds like when the body doesn't recieve enough cellular oxygen that it so desperately needs on a minute by minute basis ? Click here and Listen

Air pollution can aggravate respiratory conditions, cause bodily irritations, sickness and even disease. Often polluted skies carry particles of materials and solids that eventually settle to the ground. These particles are in the air we breathe and can be the cause for allergies and other health problems in todays world. Now in reguards to indoor air pollution, it ranks among the top five environmental threats to public health problems. The polluted air inside the typical home is up to  20-50 times higher than outdoor levels of air pollution. That's because the home is an enclosed environment full of potential sources of air pollution and lack of oxygen. Is the air in your home making you sick? causing asthma and allergies? headaches and dizziness? eye and throat irritations? fatigue? impaired vision? colds, flu, or pneumonia? nose bleeds? respiratory problems? sinus congestion? Air pollution comes from many different sources: stationary sources such as factories, power plants, and smelters and smaller sources such as dry cleaners and degreasing operations; mobile sources such as cars, buses, planes, trucks, and trains; and naturally occurring sources such as wind blown dust, volcanic eruptions, all contribute to air pollution. Air Quality or lack of oxygen can be affected in many ways by the pollution emitted from these sources. These pollution sources can also emit a wide variety of pollutants.

Air Pollution causes a hidden danger from the air we breathe, food we eat and water we drink. A new study says air pollution may be killing far more people than anyone thought. Researchers from Harvard looked at tiny particles in the atmosphere. The particles are often produced in the exhaust from cars and trucks, particularly diesels. Because they're so small, they can easily penetrate the depths of the lungs, leading to diseases like asthma and bronchitis. The researchers looked at five American cities that track the amount of particulate pollution and were able to estimate its impact on death rate over nearly a decade.

Airborne particles are not the only pollutant however. There is also growing concern over gases such as Carbon Monoxide, Sulphur Dioxide and Nitrogen Dioxide. These are generally produced by the burning of fossil fuels and are not just considered an outdoor problem. All of these gasses are very dangerous to the body in excessive amounts.

Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) are produced by chemical plants, dry cleaners, and motor vehicles. They are chemicals that can cause serious health and environmental effects, such as cancer, birth defects, and even death from massive accidental releases.

These particles can be inhaled into the lungs where they can become lodged and the causing respiratory disease and lung damage. They are produced in the burning of diesel fuels, during the mixing and application of pesticides and fertilizers, and in industrial processes. Wouldn’t you think it would be best to find a affordable and safe alternative to get the Oxygen your body desperately needs so it can defeat todays pollutions and toxins ? Oxygen Elements Max can be the key to that door of healthiness

What about Carbon Monoxide ?

Carbon monoxide is a colorless gas which is practically odorless, tasteless, and non-irritating. Carbon monoxide is always formed when a fuel containing carbon is burned with poor ventilation. Kerosene, charcoal, coal, wood stoves, and automobile exhaust fumes are common sources of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Carbon monoxide starves the body and brain of oxygen. Carbon monoxide poisoning produces symptoms ranging from headache, dizziness, flushed skin, disorientation, troubled thinking, abnormal reflexes, shortness of breath, fainting, and convulsions, to coma and even death. Heart problems are also aggravated by the presence of carbon monoxide because the heart must pump harder. For children and older aged persons with respiratory illness or anemia can be particularly sensitive. Chronic exposure to low carbon monoxide levels impairs judgement and increases the time required to make decisions.

Air pollution and lack of oxygen contributes to lung disease, including respiratory tract infections, asthma, and lung cancer. Lung disease claims close to 335,000 lives in America every year and is the third leading cause of death in the United States. Over the last decade, the death rate for lung disease has risen faster than for almost any other major disease.

Poor indoor air quality can cause or contribute to the development of chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma and hypersensitivity pneumonitis. In addition, it can cause headaches, dry eyes, nasal congestion, nausea and fatigue. People who already have respiratory diseases are at greater risk.

Biological pollutants, including molds, bacteria, viruses, pollen, dust mites, and animal dander promote poor indoor air quality and may be a major cause of days lost from work and school. In office buildings, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems are frequent sources of biological substances that are inhaled, leading to breathing problems.

Children probably feel the effects of pollution at lower levels than adults. They also experience more illness, such as bronchitis and earaches, in areas of high pollution than in areas with cleaner air.

People with heart or lung disease also react more severely to polluted air. During times of heavy pollution, their condition may worsen to the point that they must limit their activities or even seek additional medical care. A number of deaths have been associated with severely polluted conditions

What about the Food we Eat ?

In the United States, we allow over 10,000 food and chemical additives into our food supply. It is estimated that in our colon live ten billion bacteria per gram of fecal material. Thus it is probable that we have more bacteria living in our colon than we have cells in our body. The wrong types of bacteria in our intestines release harmful toxins  Environmentally, overuse of fertilizers has resulted in contamination of surface water and groundwater. Excess nitrogen in drinking water (above 10 parts per million nitrate-nitrogen) can lead to methemoglobinemia (oxygen starvation or blue baby syndrome), especially in children under the age of one, elderly persons, and sensitive farm animals such as hogs. Excess phosphorus in the water will result in algae blooms, increased biological oxygen demand, and fish kills.

Now in relations to the polluted and toxic food we eat, we need to understand what role our internal liver organ plays. The liver plays a major part in your body's self-defence mechanisms. It is literally a compact, highly efficient chemical processing plant that converts many harmful substances into forms which your body can safely eliminate.

The healthy liver uses two mechanisms, called Phase I and Phase II detoxification, to remove toxins from your body. In Phase I, enzymes deactivate toxic substances to make them less harmful. In Phase II, different enzymes convert toxins to water-soluble forms, which your body eliminates through urine or via bile in the feces.

However, this function of the liver can be damaged by repeated exposure to chemicals and toxins in food, water, and in the air we breathe. In addition, an unhealthy intestine can allow undigested large molecules of food to pass into the blood stream. This is called 'leaky gut syndrome" and can overload your liver's ability to function properly. When this occurs, the slower detoxification results in more toxic substances circulating in the body. Unchanged or partially changed toxins are not eliminated. Eventually these toxins are stored in the fatty body tissue and in the cells of the brain and central nervous system. These stored toxins may be slowly released and re-circulate in the blood, contributing to many chronic illnesses.

Our body knows and understands how to heal itself. When you get cut, you do not do any thing to make it heal. It heals by itself simply if you keep the cut clean and provide good nutrition to it. Its the same way with our internal organs, but if it isn’t being supplied with the essential daily intake of oxygen, vitamins and minerals our body is doing nothing but being destroyed by our worst enemy. TOXINS !! Where ever there is a lack of oxygen in the body that is where the toxic enemy will prevail to destroy the body.

When you clean out the toxins in your body, your body will have a greater chance to restore its self back to normal function. And what is one of the best and most affordable ways to clean the Toxins out of your body ? Oxygen Elements Max  can be the Key !
